HouseScore is designed to work without user accounts or personal data collection. However, the following data may be processed when you use our service:

Location data: If you grant permission, we use your browser's geolocation to center the map on your current position. This data is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

Search queries: When you search for an address or click on the map, the coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Overpass API to fetch nearby amenity data. We do not store these queries.

Analytics and advertising: We use third-party services (such as Google AdSense) that may collect anonymized usage data and use cookies to serve relevant advertisements. See section 4 for details.

3. How we use your data

Any data processed by HouseScore is used solely to provide the location scoring service. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Location data is used in real time and is not retained after your session ends.

HouseScore is served over HTTPS, ensuring that all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. We do not store personal data on our servers. The minimal data processing that occurs is transient and limited to the duration of your session.
